Project Space Vienna

We finally succeeded and moved into our new project-space at the „Nord-West-Bahnof“ area. The freight station is still a very busy logistic hub. Contrary to our first assumption that, because of the transformation of the area into a mixed use development (residential/ office) the warehouses are almost empty,  it turned out that as many of the big players and forwarders moved out, lots of little businesses – like vendors, delivering and relocation services, car parts dealers etc. rented smaller lots. So did we! We now have an office space next door to some forwarding agents and a storage-lot in one of the big warehouses. In both spaces we start to set up our installations/ cartographies.      ...
