On our trip back we re-visited the Eesti Road Museum. Already at our stopover last summer, we had been very intrigued about how artefacts related to mobility-issues are staged. This time we thankfully got a guided tour by the staff. Great, besides the ‚conventional‘ collection of vehicles, the section of where different typologies of „nodes“ are reconstructed 1:1 – like the old gas station and the little pavilion with a little garden including a sculpture. According to the information of our guide such pavilions were designed as a rest areas, located all over the country.
